What's Included
Before First Fire
Installation supervision and a full pre-startup walkdown. Electrical and controls checkout, instrument calibration, and BMS safety and interlock verification before the burner is ever lit.
First Fire & Tuning
Light-off, then combustion tuning across the full firing range to meet efficiency and emissions guarantees. Control loop (PID) tuning, control system configuration and DCS interfacing.
Handover
Hands-on training for your operators on the new equipment, and a startup report with as-left settings for your records.
